Terms and Conditions for Registration:

Registration Fee:

By completing the registration process, you agree to pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₦5,000. This fee is mandatory for participation in the Masters Of Craft By African Talent Hub competition.

Admission into Audition Stage:

Your registration entitles you to participate in the audition phase of the competition.

Meeting the registration criteria does not guarantee admission into the audition stage. Admission into the audition stage is subject to compliance with all registration requirements and selection by the organizing committee.

Qualification into the House:

Qualification into the final stage of the competition, known as the “House,” will be based on judges’ selection and discretion.

The decision of the judging panel regarding qualification into the House is final and binding. No appeals or disputes will be entertained regarding judges’ decisions.

Registration Information:

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.

Any false or misleading information provided may result in disqualification from the competition at any stage.

Age and Eligibility:

Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

Participants must be residents of Nigeria and possess valid identification documents.

Intellectual Property Rights:

By participating in the competition, you grant African Talent Hub the right to use your name, likeness, and any content submitted during the competition for promotional purposes.

You retain ownership of any original content submitted but grant African Talent Hub a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content.

Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically throughout the competition.

Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or violation of competition rules, may result in immediate disqualification.

Disqualification:

African Talent Hub reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in any form of cheating or misconduct.

Disqualification may occur at any stage of the competition, and no refund of the registration fee will be provided in such cases.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

African Talent Hub reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the terms periodically for updates or changes.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
